In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to them unless context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" refers to the CPR Health Care website (cprhealthcare.in) and any associated applications.
• "Services" include diagnostic health tests, sample collection, report generation, doctor consultations, and related healthcare services.
• "User" means any individual accessing or using the Platform.
• "Partner" refers to Healthians (Expedient Healthcare Marketing Pvt. Ltd.), our laboratory and service delivery partner.
• "We/Us" refers to CPR Health Care and its authorised representatives.

CPR Health Care is not a laboratory but an aggregator and facilitator for diagnostic services. We connect users with certified laboratories and healthcare professionals. CPR Health Care facilitates the following services through our partner Healthians:

Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting our support team. Payment must be completed before or at the time of sample collection.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Credit / Debit Cards via our secure payment gateway (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking from all major Indian banks
• Pay on Collection (Cash/UPI): Payment can be made directly at the time of sample collection

Pricing & Promotions

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to specific terms and may not be combined. We reserve the right to cancel orders listed at incorrect prices.

Users may cancel or reschedule bookings at their convenience through the platform or by contacting support.

• Cancellations made before sample collection are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations after sample collection are subject to review.
• Individual tests within a package cannot be cancelled separately.

Users must follow all pre-test preparation instructions provided on the platform, including fasting requirements. Please ensure compliance with any specific instructions for your booked tests.

• Sample collection is performed by trained, full-time phlebotomists using single-use sealed equipment.
• Samples are transported in temperature-controlled kits to the nearest accredited laboratory.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate personal and health information at the time of booking and sample collection.

Smart Reports are generated within the communicated timeframe (typically 6-24 hours) and delivered digitally via email and SMS. All reports are reviewed by certified doctors before release.

• Test reports are confidential medical documents and are shared only with the patient and authorised healthcare providers.
• Reports are stored securely and can be accessed through your booking dashboard.

CPR Health Care provides a platform for booking diagnostic services processed by Healthians. Users acknowledge and agree to the following:

• We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The platform should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation.
• The platform should not be used for medical emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, please call emergency services immediately.
• No doctor-patient relationship is created by using our services.
• Test results should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPR Health Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

Disputes may also be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Gurugram as the seat of arbitration and English as the language of proceedings.
